When you, the homeowner, have your home listed on the market, and enter into a contract with a potential seller, a home inspection is then typically performed. The home inspection will notate each issue that the inspector finds with your home. You, the seller, and your potential buyer, then negotiate which things in the home inspection that the potential buyer wants fixed on the home, that you, the seller are willing to pay for. This is called a PICRA list (Property Inspection Contingency Removal Addendum). And this is where PICRA Solutions comes into play.

Typically, you, the homeowner, are now left searching the Internet or Craigslist for quality and reputable contractors such as plumbers, roofers, HVAC technicians, carpet installers, electricians, general handymen, etc. And you now have to reach out to each one, try and line up meeting all of them at your home for repair estimates, and then meeting them again there for the repairs to be done. And then having to pay each one of them out of your pocket for all of those repairs that need to be done. All whilst trying to handle everything else you’ve got going on, such as all the paperwork with your agent to get the home sold, moving into your new home, going to work daily, etc.
